FAQ

  • Most rentals are priced for a one-day event with setup and takedown included. If you need extra time (like overnight or multi-day use), just let us know — extended rentals can be arranged.

  • Clients are responsible for any lost or damaged items. If something is broken or missing, a replacement or repair fee will be charged. Security deposit will be charged.

  • To protect the quality of our pieces and ensure everything is styled to our standard, we currently only offer full-service delivery and setup.

  • We offer planning and styling support, but we do not provide full-scale event coordination. Our services are perfect for clients who want design help and partial planning without the pressure of a full planner role.
